Yeah, they're pretty good. Nice album. Put on a good show when I caught them at the BC Backstage last spring.
But in the day and age of 45 minute headlining sets, how much would you pay for a band with one LP under their belts?
Better yet, not to be too terribly cynical, but will we still be talking about these guys in two years? I hope so, as I do like them quite a bit, but the odds say probably not.

wow. i'm glad i got my tickets early.
$100? That's horseshit. They're good in concert but the hype is out of hand.
Darran and I are going to see David Byrne on our anniversary for $100 TOTAL.
David Byrne.
Fleet Foxes.
You decide.

seeing these guys for $15 in san fran next weekend...
maybe the hype hasn't made it west yet...sweet.
no one will care about them in 6 months, let alone 2 years. as i hilariously told gh a couple days ago, maybe they should change their name to, drumroll, 'fleeting foxes'. gold, jerry, gold!
The thing is,
The Black Cat (venue) only allows "will-call" tickets for that show
So how does the seller think he's going to get those overpriced ticket to the buyer anyway?
That's why no one else is selling and you can't get them on ebay
We don't explain the news buddy, we just write it.
